Hello and welcome to the Morse Elementary School web site. My name is Stephanie Zendler and I am the proud principal of Morse Elementary School in Troy Michigan.
Morse Elementary is located in the Troy School District and is one of twelve elementary schools in the district. Morse Elementary serves nearly 500 students in grades PreK to 5th. We are also the home of a fully inclusive Autism spectrum specialty program for students more significantly impacted by Autism.
Our school community is radically diverse in every way. We are a school wide Title One School, as nearly 40 percent of our student body receives free or reduced price breakfast or lunch. We are also a destination for the newly immigrated from around the world, encompassing 32 native languages spoken by our staff and student body. Our diversity and our approach to doing “Whatever it Takes” to help each student and family to their highest academic and social/ emotional potential is is our solitary focus at Morse. We make sure that Morse feels like home to every person who walks in the door, in every way possible.
We invite you to come over to our “house” to see more of the what makes Morse a magical place to work and learn in the Troy School District! Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 248-823-3200 at anytime with questions or to schedule a building tour.
