All students will identify and develop within themselves at least one of the ten International Baccalaureate Learner Profile attribute(s) as part of a personal growth plan. The personal growth plan will include an action plan on how to achieve the goal and plans will be measured by student self-reflection each semester and will be presented (for review and input) to staff and family at our annual springtime school wide Celebration of Excellence event.
